Equal access for girls, differently-abled, and rural youth
Ages 10–30 years
The Inclusion Programs aim to ensure that marginalized and underrepresented youth—such as girls, differently-abled individuals, and those from remote or underdeveloped areas—have equal access to digital skills, entrepreneurship, innovation, and mentorship opportunities. The program promotes equity, diversity, and social inclusion.
Objectives
- To ensure equitable access to digital skills, entrepreneurship, and innovation programs for marginalized youth.
- To empower youth from rural, remote, or disadvantaged backgrounds to thrive in digital and entrepreneurial spaces.
- To foster social inclusion and diversity awareness among participants and communities.
- To support youth in overcoming barriers related to gender, disability, or geographical location.
Key activities
Targeted Outreach & Recruitment
- Identify marginalized youth through schools, churches, and community networks
- Conduct awareness campaigns emphasizing inclusivity and opportunity
- Use digital and offline channels to reach youth in remote areas
Specialized Workshops & Training
- Adapt digital skills, coding, entrepreneurship, and media programs to be accessible
- Provide gender-sensitive, disability-inclusive, and culturally relevant content
- Offer scholarships or subsidized access to training programs
Mentorship & Support
- Pair marginalized youth with mentors who understand specific challenges
- Provide peer-to-peer support networks and community engagement platforms
- Offer guidance on career paths, scholarships, and digital entrepreneurship
